Clinical Director
Fremont Endoscopy Center has an opening for a full-time Clinical Director.
At Fremont Endoscopy Center, we offer our patients complete care of the digestive system. This includes everything from the evaluation to treatment, including endoscopy procedures.
What You will Do (Job Summary)
The Clinical Director is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the center mission, vision, and facility goals. You will identify the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Clinical Director identifies and remedies variances through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The Clinical Director works with leadership in meeting facility goals. The Clinical Director oversees all clinical aspects of Endoscopy procedures, including Pre-op/PACU/PAT, endoscopic procedures, and assists where necessary.

NO call required
NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours
Pay Range is $128,856 - $161,075 annually, depending on experience

Education and Experience
Graduate of accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
RN license and able to practice in WA
Experience in pre-op, intra-op, post-op care.
Two (2) years experience in nursing management.
BLS & ACLS Certification accredited by AHA required
