The company is driven by a passion for both digital and built environments and values collaboration to deliver fresh and inspired design solutions.PROJECT MANAGER (PROJECT MANAGER & SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER) Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who excels as both a leader and mentor. We are looking for a highly capable professional who can manage and oversee all phases of a project from concept through completion. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability when guiding junior staff, and exceptional organizational abilities. This individual is proactive, responsive, self‑motivated, and skilled at managing time and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Role OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and successful execution of assigned projects. This includes ensuring full compliance with contractual agreements between ADC, our clients, and consultants. The PM must understand and fulfill client program requirements, manage deliverables, attend project meetings, and travel as needed.Key responsibilities include monitoring project financials, reviewing billings, interpreting project reports, and assisting with collections. The PM will prepare and review contracts, proposals, and additional service requests.The Project Manager leads multiple projects and teams simultaneously, balancing design intent with technical execution. They are accountable for maintaining ADC’s standards of care and ensuring the quality of all project deliverables. This includes reviewing drawings and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and coordination, and ensuring that required corrections or clarifications are implemented. Qualifications15+ years of relevant professional experienceArchitectural degree preferred; equivalent education and experience consideredArchitectural license preferred but not requiredAbility and willingness to travel as neededAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitAuthorization to work in the United States To Apply: Please submit your resume and portfolio for consideration.
