divh2Electrodiagnostic (EDX) and Ultrasound Clinical Sales Manager/h2pThe Electrodiagnostic (EDX) and Ultrasound Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales, education, and transition of customers onto Cadwells EDX and Ultrasound solutions. The EDX/US CSM also plays a key role in the hiring, training, and ongoing learning support of the Diagnostics field sales team. Working with the National Sales Director, the EDX/US CSM will help define and drive business planning and sales strategy focusing on EDX products, indications, competitive landscape, and product changes. Works with cross functional teams to create support materials and resources for sales team efforts. This customer-facing role is an integral part of a national sales team, supporting and traveling throughout the USA, and requires residence in a major metropolitan area with a major airport./ppKey Duties / Responsibilities:/pulliBecome Cadwells clinical user expert for the EDX/Ultrasound product portfolio/liliMeet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals for EDX/Ultrasound products/liliParticipate as an EDX/Ultrasound clinical expert in a coordinated, team-selling approach along with other members of the Cadwell sales team/liliDeliver high-level presentations on Cadwells current and future EDX/Ultrasound portfolio to Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/liliUtilize administrative tools (CRM) for opportunity management/liliDevelop relationships with KOLs, convert competitive accounts to Cadwell EDX/Ultrasound, and gain the support of KOL-level users to help promote Cadwell products/liliParticipate in EDX/Ultrasound product related trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, and courses/liliConduct field visits (e.g., ride-alongs) with Diagnostic sales team members to provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and performance assessments./liliSystematically analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and provide actionable insights./liliProvide ongoing support and education on industry changes, competition, and billing coding/liliFunction as a liaison between customers and support staff in resolving problems and concerns and in maintaining continuing customer satisfaction/liliWorks with the National Sales Director to fill open Diagnostics sales positions/liliWorks with the National Sales Director to create and facilitate onboarding plans and training curriculum/liliContinually build internal and external training material database for EDX/Ultrasound products/liliAssist with customer in-service trainings/liliProvide EDX/Ultrasound product training for internal teams/liliProvide upstream marketing intelligence to the Director of Marketing/liliWork with the marketing team to develop relevant downstream marketing initiatives/liliPerform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned/li/ulpEducation / Experience:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a medical/scientific discipline required/liliMinimum of 5 years clinical experience in EDX/Ultrasound required/liliR. NCS. T. and/or CNCT certification required/liliExpert level knowledge in Cadwell EDX/Ultrasound products required/li/ulpJob Knowledge / Requirements:/pulliStrong written and oral communication skills required, including understanding, explaining, presenting and documenting complex technical processes and issues/liliComputer proficiency is essential, with working knowledge of Windows operating systems in a networked environment, and a keen grasp of IT-related networking needs, challenges, and requisite solutions/liliComputer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications/liliAccurately assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions/liliUnderstands how and can build long-term relationships with the customers/liliInteract with customers and co-workers with a professional and solutions-oriented approach/liliSkilled in problem analysis and resolution to accurately assess customer needs/liliWillingness to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities/liliComplete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed/li/ulpPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions:/pulliPositions working with Cadwell equipment may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication.
