Construction Manager – Fueling / Petroleum ProjectsThe Construction Manager will lead a branch-level team responsible for the installation, service, and repair of fueling systems across retail and commercial sites. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep multiple projects moving efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple active construction and installation projects from kickoff through completionProvide hands-on leadership to field teams and subcontractors, ensuring accountability, productivity, and quality executionOwn project scheduling, coordination, and daily execution across multiple job sitesServe as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycleEnsure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory requirementsDrive a strong safety culture, including site audits, safety documentation (JSA/AHA), and adherence to best practicesMonitor project progress, budgets, and timelines—proactively addressing issues to keep projects on trackOversee estimating, project billing, AIA documentation, lien waivers, and accounts receivable coordinationParticipate in pre-job planning to confirm scope, materials, equipment, and project readinessEnsure proper permitting, use of drawings, and execution according to contract specificationsLead and develop team members through performance management, coaching, and ongoing supportMaintain oversight of equipment, fleet, and job site organization to ensure operational efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of construction management experience within petroleum, fueling systems, or similar infrastructure projectsProven ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and subcontractors simultaneouslyHands-on leadership style with the ability to step in and drive execution when neededStrong client-facing communication skills and ability to manage relationshipsExperience with estimating, budgeting, and project financialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plusAbility to pass pre-employment requirements (drug screen, background, MVR if applicable)Why This RoleHigh-impact leadership role with visibility across multiple projectsOpportunity to take ownership and drive operational successComprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including paid time off, 401(k) with company match, full health coverage (medical, dental, vision), supplemental benefits, and company-paid life insurance
