Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney, based in either Phadelphia, PA or Cherry Hill, NJ, with opportunities for remote work. The Attorney will handle legal cases in various areas, with a focus on property and casualty insurance defense litigation. Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in negotiations at Settlement Conferences and Mediation as well as arbitrating and trying cases. The Attorney will work closely with clients to understand their needs and advocate effectively on their behalf. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and cases in a dynamic and collaborative environmentLicensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, although licensure in New Jersey is a plusA Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with 0-4 years of experienceFamiliarity with legal billing software and MS office suite is a plus
