As a member of the Qnnect family, Sinclair continues to grow its impact and commitment to innovation and excellence in the manufacturing industry.Role DescriptionCustomer consulting: Consult directly with customers and prospects to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and business challenges. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for various audiences, including technical teams and C-suite executives.Collaboration with sales team: Work closely within the sales team to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and handle technical objections throughout the sales cycle, this may include some travel to customers.Documentation and record keeping: Assist in creating technical documentation for sales proposals/quotes including responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing technical specifications. Keep data updated timely in both the ERP and CRM software.Product and market feedback: Act as a crucial liaison between customers and internal product and engineering teams. Provide communication regarding any delays to original commit date.Post-sales support: Facilitate a smooth transition to the implementation and customer success teams. Provide technical support during the initial onboarding phase and assist with troubleshooting as needed. QualificationsProficiency in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support to effectively address client needs and challengesStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with both clients and internal teamsExperience in Sales with a proven ability to manage the sales process and achieve targetsAdept at problem-solving and working collaboratively in cross-functional environmentsTechnical expertise in the manufacturing or electrical/electronic industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experienceWillingness and ability to work on-site in Norton, MA
