Project Manager - Healthcare Payer Data MigrationLocation: NYC area preferred (Remote considered)Travel: 20-25%Industry: Healthcare- Payer is highly preferred Experience: 10 to 15 yearsWe're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major data migration initiative for a Healthcare client within the payor industry. The PM will oversee day to day coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of multi stream data extraction, file transfers, and platform migration activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle project management using Waterfall methodologyManage daily project activities, dependencies, risks, and communicationsCoordinate with data, engineering, QA, operations, and external vendorsOversee data-related workstreams: extraction, mapping, validation, and transfersMaintain project governance: plans, RAID logs, reporting, change controlUtilize tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platformsExperienceHealthcare payer or claims operations (nice to have, not required)Familiarity with Snowflake, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and AWS (beneficial)Exposure to Six Sigma (nice to have) and PMO process improvementsWhat We're Looking ForStrong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent stakeholder managementHighly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable in complex data environmentsAbility to lead cross functional teams and vendor partners
