Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Location : Manhattan, Brooklyn, & Long Island Type : Hybrid (1-3 days per week onsite) Pay : $70 - $75/hr W2 Duration : 12+ Month Contract Description : Overview We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Infrastructure Project Managerto lead complex, multi-workstream infrastructure and transformation initiatives across hospital campuses. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical infrastructure experience with a focus on physical and enterprise IT environments. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale, multi-workstream infrastructure programs across multiple hospital locations Oversee planning and execution of physical infrastructure projects, including: Network and structured cabling Data center builds and migrations End-user device deployments (clinical and non-clinical) Telecom and wireless infrastructure Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, clinical engineering, and external vendors Manage dependencies across concurrent workstreams (construction, IT, clinical operations, etc.) Ensure alignment with hospital operations, minimizing disruption to patient care Drive project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication Provide hands-on guidance and decision-making related to infrastructure design and implementation Partner closely with construction and facilities teams for campus-based initiatives Required Qualifications 812+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project/program management Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure deployments in healthcare environments Strong hands-on knowledge of: Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, wireless) Data centers and server environments End-user hardware rollouts Structured cabling and physical infrastructure Experience managing multi-site or campus-wide implementations Ability to operate in highly complex, fast-paced hospital environments Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working on hospital construction or renovation projects Familiarity with clinical systems environments (e.g., EMR integrations, endpoint deployments) PMP or similar certification Experience coordinating with facilities and construction teams
