We're a small but mighty team that helps our clients show up consistently and professionally across social platforms — and we're growing, which means we need good people.The RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support day-to-day social media operations across multiple client accounts. This is primarily an execution and account management role — you'll be the one keeping content moving, schedules tight, and clients looking sharp online. If you're someone who genuinely likes staying organized and gets a little satisfaction from a perfectly timed post going out on schedule, we'll get along great.What You'll DoManage posting and scheduling across client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)Maintain content calendars and ensure on-time delivery for all accountsCoordinate with the team to gather and organize content assetsWrite and adapt content for LinkedIn — understanding that what works on Instagram doesn't always land the same way on LinkedInMonitor account performance and pull analytics reportsAssist with community management (comments, DMs) as neededKeep client accounts organized, consistent, and on-brandNice to HaveExperience with content creation (copy, graphics, or video)A feel for LinkedIn as a platform — knowing how to write posts that actually perform, not just repurposed captionsBackground in digital marketing, paid ads, or email marketingFamiliarity with tools like Metricool, GoHighLevel, Dropbox, Meta Business Suite, or Canva — and an eye for tools that make everyone's life easierWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in social media management or a related marketing roleStrong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ballComfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment — we trust you to get it doneA professional communicator who can represent client brands with careBonus: experience working at a marketing agency or managing client accountsThis is a part-time, contract role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.To Apply Send your resume and a quick note about a social media account you've managed (or one you admire and why) to allen@brickwall-media.com.
