What you'll own: — End-to-end incident triage, RCA, and resolution — Major incident management with stakeholder comms — Billing lifecycle support: invoicing, payments, delinquency, dunning — Integration & batch troubleshooting (SOAP/REST, ESB, payment gateways) — Release validation, smoke testing, and post-deploy monitoring What we're looking for: 12–15 years in IT delivery/support Deep Guidewire Billing Center functional expertise ITIL-aligned incident & problem management SQL + monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, etc.) 24x7 on-call production support experience Bonus: Guidewire Cloud (GWCP), Gosu, DevOps/release automation exposure
