Clinic Support Coordinator Emerge Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Clinic Support Coordinator to add to their growing team! This position supports both the clinical team and front desk operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing therapists to focus on providing direct, face-to-face care. The role involves assisting therapy team members as needed, welcoming and checking in clients, answering phone calls and messages, supporting families, managing and prioritizing daily tasks, and helping maintain an organized, clean, and well-scheduled clinic environment. This position requires strong organizational and task management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and a genuine enjoyment of working with children and families.ResponsibilitiesOpen and/or close the clinic as scheduledAnswer incoming phone calls, monitor emails, following HIPAA protocols, and route messages to appropriate team membersGreet families, complete client check-in procedures, and assist clients as neededManage scheduling needs, including rescheduling appointments when necessarySupport therapy team members by assisting with session preparation, materials, filing, and in-session support when requestedPrepare rooms, gyms, and materials for individual and group therapy sessions as requested by therapistsMaintain overall clinic organization, cleanliness, and safety, including resetting therapy spaces after sessionsStock treatment rooms and common areas; organize toys, equipment, kitchen, and storage spacesTrack inventory, monitor expiration dates, and ensure adequate supplies are availableComplete approved purchasing and shopping for clinic needs, including weekly shopping and submitting group shopping listsSanitize therapy tools, toys, equipment, and surfaces throughout the day in accordance with clinic standardsManage daily upkeep tasks such as dishwashing, laundry collection, vacuuming, sweeping, and trash removalRefill clinic supplies including paper products, soap, and sanitizerAssist with food preparation and clean-up for feeding therapy sessionsComplete monthly safety checks of clinic equipment and report concerns as neededSkills and QualificationsPositive outlook on lifeFlexible with the ability to adapt quickly to changesOrganizedExhibits responsibility and professionalismGood communication skillsLikes to work with children and their familiesDesire to learn and advance skill setDriven to reach goals/targetsCreativeAttention to detailAbility to start and foster relationshipsEffective and efficient problem solverExcellent attendance record and punctualityLikes to work in a fast paced environment with othersEnjoys the pediatric population and their families EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent
