This role combines business consulting, analytics, automation, and data engineering responsibilities to help modernize reporting, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and deliver innovative analytics solutions that create measurable value.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and operational teams to understand processes, challenges, and strategic priorities.Gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytics, reporting, and automation solutions.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting platforms that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions independently.Build and enhance data pipelines, automation workflows, and analytical tools using Python and related technologies.Modernize legacy processes and replace manual or outdated solutions with efficient, scalable alternatives.Support technology and platform transformation initiatives by assessing downstream impacts and updating related reports, data products, and workflows.Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.Ensure analytics solutions follow data governance, modeling, and business intelligence best practices.Drive adoption of new tools and solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and ongoing support.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.Approximately 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related functions.Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions.Technical SkillsAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.Hands-on experience developing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.Strong Python programming skills, including automation, ETL development, API integrations, and data processing.Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.Solid understanding of data modeling principles, reporting frameworks, and BI best practices.Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to identify practical business applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience modernizing or replacing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.Exposure to advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or AI-driven business solutions.Experience working in regulated or complex industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or similar environments.
