General Construction Laborer BDI — Eldon, MO BDI is currently seeking General Construction Laborers to join our team in Eldon, Missouri. This is a full-time position with regular Monday–Friday hours and opportunities for overtime each week. We are looking for individuals of all experience levels. Whether you have extensive construction experience, limited experience, or are new to the construction field, we encourage you to apply. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Position Details * Position: General Construction Laborer * Location: Eldon, MO * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM minimum * Employment: Full-time * Overtime: Opportunities available weekly * Pay: Based on knowledge, experience, and skill level * Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday Responsibilities Depending on your experience and the needs of each project, responsibilities may include: * Framing * Plumbing * Concrete work * Roofing * Siding * Grading * Site cleanup * General construction labor * Assisting experienced crew members * Learning and performing tasks across multiple areas of construction Qualifications BDI is open to candidates with a wide range of experience. We welcome applicants who are: * New to the construction industry * Experienced in one or more areas of construction * Experienced general laborers * Skilled tradespeople * Experienced framing crew members or crew leads * Willing and eager to learn new skills Formal experience in every area of construction is not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
