National Sales Manager

Full Circle Brands is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead growth across close-out, international, independent, and custom retail channels. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, exercise creativity, and help expand our brand globally.You'll own sales strategy across these channels, build relationships with buyers and distributors, drive revenue, and execute account plans to meet targets. This position is based in NYC and reports to the VP of Sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage close-out, international, independent, and custom channels, driving revenue and profitability.Build and grow key accounts through strong relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations, while proactively identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach.Oversee international distributors to ensure consistent brand execution, manage sales forecasts, and identify new markets for expansion.Manage independent accounts to ensure alignment with business objectives while pursuing new growth opportunities within the channel.Evaluate and onboard new brokers, representatives, and distributors to expand market reach.Build and monitor trade spend, developing promotional plans with accountability for ROI.Conduct competitive analysis of pricing and product activity across key regions.Represent the brand at key trade shows and events.Partner with the forecasting team to provide SKU-level projections and revisions.Collaborate cross-functionally to support delivery of the sales plan.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in a related field.At least 4 years of wholesale sales experience managing national channels, brokers, distributors, and contracted reps.Proven success managing $5M+ in business, including P&L ownership and trade spend accountability.Experience developing promotional plans and creating sales opportunities with key partners.Strong understanding of omnichannel sales strategies, including specialty and independent channels with portal management.Solid presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to adapt strategies across diverse markets and cultures.Proficient in Microsoft Suite.Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong follow-through and a can-do attitude.Passion for social and environmental responsibility.Ability to be in the NYC office (Herald Square) three times per week with 10-20% travel.HEALTH AND WELLNESS PACKAGEPremium healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision at no costPerformance bonus opportunity401k planUnlimited vacationSabbatical leaveParental leaveHybrid work environmentCommuter benefitsSummer FridaysBut wait, there's more!
