TVC/Program Manager (TPM Support): (Alameda)

1. Support TPM in daily execution by managing schedules, onboarding, operations, tracking, and stakeholdercoordination to ensure smooth program delivery.2. Drive day-to-day operational activities of the program Maintain trackers, SOW, PO, resource allocation,onboarding. Etc3. Coordinate onboarding of new contractors/TVCs:a) System access (tools, email, VPN, etc.)b) Laptop and infrastructure setupc) Track onboarding status and ensure readiness from Day 1d) Support offboarding activities when required4. Manage and coordinate project schedules, calendars, and meetings5. Organize and support recurring meetings (weekly reviews, monthly updates, QBRs), including tracking actionitems and follow-ups.6. Communicate updates, risks, and progress clearly and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams andtime zones7. Basic understanding of Hardware Engineering / VLSI programs is preferred, to effectively support engineeringteams and align with program deliverables.8. Experience in Program Management / TPM support roles and willing to work onsite at client
