Pool Technician

Come help us build lasting summertime memories for families and friends by freeing them from pool maintenance and service work. We provide openings and closings, maintenance and cleaning, equipment troubleshooting repairs and replacements, and safety cover sales and installation. We are looking to hire a reliable, hard-working individual who has previous experience as a pool technician. You'll drive using an optimized route to multiple residential locations a day. Experience is REQUIRED! Benefits: Pay range breaks down to $20.00-$30.00 per hour Year-round employment opportunities available Previous experience in the field is required Outside working environment After training, enjoy driving a company van Extensive paid training and support to obtain your CPO Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pools and related equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool systems and equipment Clean and maintain pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and balancing chemicals Test water quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper balance Install and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Arrives at the designated work site as scheduled, properly attired in approved company clothing Maintain great customer service skills to help foster positive working relationships Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job Open and close pools at the beginning and end of seasons Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements/Qualifications: Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar role is required Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and procedures Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide excellent customer service Must have a valid Drivers License; a clean record (Driving History Record will be performed) Ability to carry 50lbs Note: This job description intends to provide a general overview of the position.
