The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in fast-paced environments, expertise in high-volume recruiting processes, and the ability to build HR infrastructure and optimize recruitment processes. A Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field is required, along with strong mentorship, management, and strategic business partnering skills.
