This includes leading the recruitment process for over 40 hires across various functions, mentoring and managing the HR team, and collaborating with executive leadership on hiring plans and workforce strategy. The role also involves designing and implementing interview frameworks, and employer brand development to ensure a compelling candidate experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the staffing industry, with a proven track record in talent acquisition and HR management. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in fast-paced environments, expertise in high-volume recruiting processes, and the ability to build HR infrastructure and optimize recruitment processes. A Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field is required, along with strong mentorship, management, and strategic business partnering skills.
