Program Manager
Willowood Developmental Center is currently accepting resumes and interviewing for the following positions:
Position: Program Manager
Location: Clinton
Qualifications or Skills Required:
HS Diploma
Bachelors Degree in a mental health related field preferred
Minimum 5 years experience with Developmentally Disabled Adults
2+ years management experience
Valid Mississippi Driver's License
Must be able to pass a background check
Clean Motor Vehicle Report and driving record
Responsibilities:
Supervise Direct Support Staff to provide individually tailored supports which assist with the improvement in skills related to living in the community.
Facilitate and/or provide services as appropriate to each individual's support needs.
Ensure proper documentation and organization of paperwork required.
Assure that staff maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Day Services building.
Other duties as assigned.
