Founded and led by Lauren Baker, MS CCC-SLP, the practice specializes in early intervention for young children, with clinical expertise in speech and language delays, autism, apraxia, AAC, gestalt language processing, and pediatric feeding disorders. Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming and play-based, built on the belief that early identification changes outcomes. We are a small, growing practice that takes the quality of our clinical work and the experience of our team seriously.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, in-clinic role for a Speech-Language Pathologist based at our Eastchester, NY location. The SLP will provide individual therapy sessions for pediatric clients, complete session documentation, collaborate with the clinical director on treatment planning, and partner with families through coaching and home strategy support. Afternoon availability is preferred.
