Mentors operate autonomously through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Mentors:Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategyMentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and ecosystem credibilityAccess curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposureBuild a verified Advisor Track Record within Initio SphereThis role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of leading capital transactions, fund strategy, or portfolio value creation initiatives.What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Capital Insights Mentors MayAdvise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioningSupport deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and transaction strategyMentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence workflows, and deal executionProvide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidanceParticipate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investorsMentors focus on strategic insight, high-level guidance, and relationship-driven deal activation.
