Direct Support Professional (House Manager)

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated House Lead to join our AEDD Waiver team. This position plays an important role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities while helping maintain a safe, positive, and structured home environment.The House Lead will assist with daily operations of the home, provide direct support to participants, help supervise staff during assigned shifts, and ensure quality care and compliance with agency policies. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with activities of daily living, documenting medications, scheduling support, maintaining records, communicating with families and team members, and helping to create a supportive and respectful atmosphere for both staff and residents.Ideal candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for helping others. Experience in caregiving, group homes, or developmental disability services is preferred but not required.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive team environment.Schedule: M-F 4:00 PM- 12:00 AMQualificationsEducation And/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredFive (5) years of verifiable experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesCertificates, Licenses, and RegistrationsCPR/First Aid CertificationValid Arkansas Driver's LicenseCurrent Auto Liability Insurance, as requiredSafety Sensitive PositionThis position is classified as safety sensitive due to operating a motor vehicle as part of job duties.
