What You'll Do:• Perform routine fleet maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic services• Travel to customer locations to service vehicles on-site as part of a two-person team• Work closely with your teammate to complete jobs efficiently and safely• Identify potential mechanical issues and communicate findings clearly• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile workspace QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:• Experience in Quick Lane, LOF, or similar automotive service roles• Additional mechanical experience and/or ASEcertifications are a plus• Must be 21 years of age or older• Valid driver's license with no moving violations in the past 36 months• Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours consistently• Ability to work well with a partner and contribute to a team environment• Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat, humidity, and weather conditions• Must be able to pass a background check and drug testWhat we offer• Hourly pay - NO flat rate• Competitive pay: $15-$30/hour based on experienceBonus structure available after qualifying period• Daily overtime paid after 10 hours Weekly paychecks• No tools required - we provide everything you need• Company vehicle provided during work hours• Paid travel time included• Travel required up to 100 miles from Haines City• Consistent, full-time work with a growing companySend resume and cover letter to scheduling@863irepair.com
