Director of Financial Planning and Analysis A well‑known Consumer Services business is recruiting a FP&A Director to operate at a strategic level across all functions and be an integral part of the Senior Leadership team. The role reports to the CFO and involves significant exposure to the board and shareholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Own all strategic planning and projects, financial modeling, and corporate planning. Drive the finance agenda and act as a business partner across all operations. Ensure correct decisions are made, costs are controlled, and initiatives are evaluated productively. Drive improvements to systems and processes from a senior level. Provide ad‑hoc analysis and projects on behalf of the CEO and CFO. Qualifications Extensive experience in FP&A with a background in fast‑growth environments. Strong leadership and influence at the highest level. Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business performance. Experience in manufacturing or retail FP&A preferred. Compensation Base pay range: $190,000.00 / yr – $210,000.00 / yr.
