Sales Representatives Duties & Responsibilities: Generate roofing project leads through community outreach Perform on-site inspections and consult homeowners on their options Close deals with professionalism and urgency Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service Track leads, quotes, and project activity via CRM and company tools Sales Representatives Requirements: Experience in roofing and/or construction sales is a must Self-starter who also works well on a team Motivated by goals, commission, and personal growth Confident communicator who can educate homeowners and handle objections Tech-savvy with mobile apps and CRM tools Professional, resilient, and results-focused Cox Roofing - Built Smarter.
