In this role, you will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for physicians across multiple state licenses, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and hospital regulations. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who can anticipate and address potential issues, has strong communication skills, and understands credentialing processes and software.Key Responsibilities:Manage the credentialing and re-credentialing of physicians with multiple state licenses.Ensure compliance with all state credentialing laws and hospital regulations.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to avoid delays in the credentialing process.Stay up-to-date with changes in state laws and credentialing requirements.Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.Utilize credentialing software to efficiently manage physician files and track credentialing status.Develop strategic approaches to streamline and optimize the credentialing process.Communicate effectively with physicians, hospitals, and credentialing committees to expedite approvals.Qualifications:Proven experience in hospital credentialing, with a thorough understanding of state laws and regulations.Ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively solve problems.Comfortable credentialing physicians with multiple state licenses.Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Familiarity with credentialing software and a strategic approach to process improvement.Contract Details:Hourly compensation based on experience.Flexible schedule with remote work options.1099 independent contractor role.If you are an experienced credentialing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys solving challenges, Cacius would love to hear from you.
