In this role, you will be responsible for customer-driven projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, from proposal through qualification testing and production support. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in turbomachinery.Systems and Mechanical Design Engineer IIYour Roles/Responsibilities:Research, develop, and design micro-turbines and hybrid-generator setsPerform mechanical design and analysis of static and rotating hardware of metallic or composite construction, both in the cold and hot section of the engineUtilize Siemens Teamcenter and NX for modelling and drafting, adhering to the latest dimensional and tolerancing standards (ASME Y14.5)Set up and conduct analysis using a variety of tools, including ANSYS, or similar codes.
