Location: West Mifflin, Pennsylvania (Serving the Greater Pittsburgh Area) Pay: $70,000 - $120,000 Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission) Take-Home Perks: Company Vehicle Fuel Card Tools Provided Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits 401k with 4% Match PTO & Holidays What You'll Be Doing: We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work. Troubleshoot & Repair: Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach. Maintenance: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Customer Consultation: Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate. Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area). Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships. What You'll Bring: Minimum 4-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair. Solid communication and customer-facing skills you know how to build relationships with homeowners. Required Certifications: EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus!)
