Job OverviewThe position focuses on AIDD/bioinformatics and other interdisciplinary fields, responsible for core algorithm development, multi-omics big data analysis, and AIDD platform construction. It leads technology implementation, drives algorithms and platforms from R&D to industrial-grade applications, supports core stages such as drug target discovery and evaluation, molecular design and optimization, and helps the team improve R&D efficiency.Core Responsibilities1. AIDD Core Algorithm Developmento From the direction of target discovery and evaluation, develop innovative AI algorithm models to solve key problems in multi-omics data-driven drug design.o Explore the application of vibe coding in the AIDD field. Through natural language requirement-driven and AI-assisted iteration, rapidly develop efficient analysis scripts, algorithm modules, and tools to lower the development barrier and enhance iteration efficiency.o Lead the design, training, validation, and optimization of algorithms, establish an algorithm performance evaluation system, and ensure model stability and accuracy at an industrial-grade data scale.2. Multi-Omics and Big Data Analysiso Responsible for integrated analysis of multi-omics data such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, to discover biomarkers, signaling pathways, and mechanisms of action related to drug R&D.o Process large-scale biomedical data, establish data cleaning, standardization, visualization, and mining workflows to support data-driven R&D decision-making.o Combine big data technologies with machine learning/deep learning to develop multi-omics data correlation analysis algorithms, achieving deep integration and value extraction from cross-dimensional data.o Requirement-driven AIDD platform prototype construction.3. Project Implementation and Cross-department Collaborationo Collaborate deeply with other early R&D teams to implement algorithm and platform outcomes into specific R&D projects, provide technical support and solution design, and drive the loop of \"algorithm-experiment-iteration\".o Lead the formulation of technical solutions for key projects, solve bioinformatics and AIDD technical bottlenecks during the R&D process, and ensure project progress and result quality.o Consolidate technical documentation, algorithm manuals, and platform operation guidelines, and drive the team's technical capability and knowledge system development.4. Technological Innovation and Academic Contributiono Track cutting-edge advancements in AIDD, bioinformatics, multi-omics, and AI algorithm fields. Introduce advanced technologies, and transform them into practical tools and methods for the team.o Lead or participate in academic research, write high-quality papers, patents, and technical reports to enhance the team's academic influence and technical barriers.o Participate in industry academic conferences and exchanges, share research findings, and expand technical collaboration resources.Job Requirements1. Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, AIDD, Medicinal Chemistry (Computational Focus), or related fields, with a solid theoretical tract record. Overseas background is preferred.2. Possess a strong record of research training and independent academic research capability; publication of high-quality papers is preferred.3. 3-5 years of industrial R&D experience in bioinformatics/AIDD; experience with successfully implemented project cases is preferred.4. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).5. Professional Skillso Proficient in programming languages such as Python/R, skilled in using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, and possess a solid foundation in machine learning/deep learning algorithms.o Proficient in multi-Omics data analysis workflows and tools, and possess the ability to process and analyze large-scale biological data.o Familiar with the vibe coding development paradigm, and able to efficiently utilize AI-assisted tools to complete algorithm and platform module development.o Familiar with the basic workflow and core stages of drug R&D, and able to deeply integrate bioinformatics/AIDD technologies with drug R&D scenarios.o Possess platform development experience, familiar with database design and cloud platform deployment, and have knowledge of front-end and back-end development.6.
