In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures program office. Your work will cover multiple programs, developing and refining the capabilities of the MDA target systems built to test missile defense systems.What You'll Be DoingPerform integrated analysis and evaluation of GDA test events including Flight Tests, Ground Tests, and Cyber Tests activitiesParticipate in and support engineering milestones across multiple systemsCollaborate with stakeholders across MDA and outside MDA to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and ensure technical accuracyLead or support technical interchange meetings (TIMs), action tracking, and meeting coordinationDevelop executive-level briefings, technical papers, and correspondence for senior leaders, including Flag Officers and SES personnelCoordinate meetings and VTCs as neededRepresent the Government customer in IPTs, working groups, and forumsApply engineering tools such as DOORS, and Qlik for analysis and coordinationSupport efforts related to system security, including compliance tracking or integration of cybersecurity inputs into engineering processesWhat Required Skills You'll BringMasters degree with 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program OR Bachelor's degree with 20+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program Active Secret clearanceStrong understanding of MDA systems engineering processes and proceduresDemonstrate understanding of system architecture and systemExperience with MDA and GDA system elementsFamiliarity with the Missile Defense System at large and how each system element coordinates across the system of systemsKnowledge of the ETM-2 system and experience managing Congressional or routine taskersAbility to operate independently and communicate effectively across diverse technical teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)Skilled in developing and delivering technical briefings to senior decision-makersWhat Desired Skills You'll BringStrong understanding of the Command & Control framework for missile defense systemsExperience in Model-Based System EngineeringStrong understanding of the test process for all test types and their walkup activities, execution, as well as post test analysis and activitiesBachelor's degree in STEM in addition to Master's degree in STEMSecurity Clearance RequirementAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
