Multidisciplinary rounds#are one way to support a strong physician/nurse collaboration as the nurse is involved in the decisions that affect the patient and their input is valued. Our computerized documentation system allows nurses to document at the bedside. The nursing leadership team partners with our education staff to provide opportunities for career enhancement and professional development. We recognize that our nurses and clinical staff play a vital role in the success of our organization.
