Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times Build positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team to deliver seamless service in fine dining or nightclub settings Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience in bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Join us as a Server and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
