The autonomy and accolades that come with the success are yours to take.Duties & ResponsibilitiesShould be able to understand business requirements in the areas of Project Structuring, Project Planning (Time Planning, Cost Planning, Budgeting), Project Execution and Monitoring, Result Analysis/Variance Analysis, and perform "To-Be Process" mapping, Gap Analysis, KDS finalization, and custom development object identification/RICEF list.Finalize the requirements of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specifications to the Technical team to carry out development.Carry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Perform unit testing and development testing.Identify integration scenarios, prepare integration test scripts, and perform integration testing.Plan and provide training to core team members and users.Manage master data and cutover data migration/upload.Provide post–go-live support for issues faced by users.Minimum Qualification: Graduate - Engineering/SciencePreferred age group: 28 yrs to 35 yrsLocation: Ready to work in any location in India & abroadEssential RequirementSAP Experience – 6 to 9 yearsE2E Implementation Projects – At least 3 E2E implementation projects handled independentlyTeam Handling Experience – N/ADesirable RequirementDegree – Post Graduate/MBACertifications – SAP CertificationDomain Experience – 2 to 4 yearsIndustry Experience – Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure industryGST Implementation Project(s) – N/AHANA Migration Project(s) – 1Roll-out Project(s) – N/AOffshore Support Project(s) – N/AOnsite Support Project(s) – N/ATechnical CompetenciesExperience in E2E onsite implementation projectsAbility to define organizational structure suiting business reporting and control requirementsAbility to perform process mapping, gap analysis, RICEF identification, and KDS finalizationAbility to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, conduct testing, and deliver designed processesAbility to plan and handle data migrationAbility to provide training and post–go-live supportBehavioural CompetenciesAble to maintain confidentialityExperience in handling various categories and levels of customersExcellent analytical abilities, and good verbal and written communication skillsStrong team-working skills; meticulous, self-motivated, and a self-starterWillingness to work round the clock if the situation demandsStrong stress-handling and leadership qualitiesClosure-oriented approachClosure OrientationEffective time management, stress management, and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to handle core team members and process owners
