We have excellent opportunities within The Arthur Companies for people that have a desire to grow in their careers, possess strong customer service skills, have an attention to detail, uphold safety requirements and enjoy working in a team oriented environment.Purpose Of PositionThis position is responsible for agronomy operations of products and services for The Arthur Companies.ResponsibilitiesKeep up to date on all agronomy services and technology and build relationships with local growersMake seed, fertilizer and chemical recommendationsUse integrated pest management techniques to determine treatment thresholdsWork with the Agronomy leaders to identify practices that can be implemented to improve processes and outcomesPromote the features and benefits of all agronomy products and services, assist with over-the-counter sales, and assist with product delivery to customersPerform logistics and agronomy plant operationsUtilize invoicing and inventory management systemsAssist in inventory management proceduresMaintain equipment and facilityMonitor and maintain quality of inventoryMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform agronomy operations, logistics and including assisting in the warehouseWork in and keep an environment that is compliant with state, local and ACI Environmental and Safety policyCustom Application if qualified and/or if the need arisesAssist other departments as needed;QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Associates or bachelor's degree in a related fieldValid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL Class A licenseProven ability to delivery exceptional customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skills and a team player
