ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to provide mental health and supportive services in a hybrid environment serving clients in the Sacramento area. This independent contractor role combines remote telehealth services with limited in-person sessions, assessments, or meetings as needed.
The ideal candidate is experienced in client-centered care, documentation, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary providers.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations
Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions
Develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide crisis intervention and case management support
Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources
Deliver services through telehealth and occasional in-person visits
Ensure compliance with California ethical and confidentiality standards
Maintain active ACSW registration and supervision requirementsQualificationsActive ACSW registration in California
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or community services preferred
Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a contractor setting
