Principal Enterprise Project Manager

Deliver, as a project/program manager, large-scale strategic initiatives and projects ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, meeting quality standards and measures, and transitioned to operations as managed solutions. Partner with Mercy leadership to direct and guide project managers and other stakeholders on large, highly complex, highly visible strategic initiatives for Mercy ministry-wide to define project/program scope, develop initial schedule and timeline, define resource needs, and identify potential risks. Manage programs involving a team of project managers and assisting other project managers to navigate Mercy and strategically align projects to Mercy's mission and strategic objectives.
