You will have a direct positive impact on company success, growth, and client satisfaction. You will craft and execute Problem Management practices to proactively address system issues. Additionally, you will execute Incident Management production issue resolution, collaborating with client facing, engineering and architecture teams.What You Bring

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually .
