Auto Body Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, and auto painting, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert craftsmanship and efficient service. Duties Repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies using various techniques such as welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment adjustments Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment to achieve a flawless finish Replace or repair auto glass and perform detailing to ensure vehicles meet quality standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and fabrication equipment effectively and safely Assist with vehicle assembly, disassembly, and mechanical repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in auto body repair, dealership experience preferred Proficiency with MIG welding, welding, soldering, and sheet metal work Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and vehicle maintenance Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and auto estimating software Ability to perform heavy lifting and work efficiently in physically demanding situations Knowledge of auto restoration techniques and auto glass replacement is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Strong communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to pass background checks as required Join our team to work in a professional environment dedicated to automotive excellence.
