If interested Apply Now or give IQ Resource Group a call at 920-738-0020 for more information!Position: Roll Clamp OperatorWage: $19 an hourHours: 3pm- 11pm Monday- Friday (Train on 1st shift)Location: Neenah, WIResponsibilities:Unload trucks in the shipping/receiving area to start.Transition into a role that supports and supplies the production area.Measure rolls of paper using a tape measure or ruler with precision.Must be able to read a tape measure/ruler accurately for quality control.Remove damaged paper from rolls while minimizing excess waste to prevent material loss.Attention to detail is critical to ensure accurate measurements and reduce product loss.Qualifications:Previous experience requiredMust be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16 of an inch.Must be able to write legibly to manually record roll sizes and data.Must demonstrate strong mechanical and math aptitudes.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Must have a positive attitude and a strong focus on quality work.Education Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
