Front Office Rooms Controller - The Seabird Resort

This includes assigning room blocks for groups and guest preferences, and presenting the remaining opportunities to the Front Office Hosts for upsell opportunities. Front Office Agents rely on the Front Office Rooms Control ability to manage the inventory and analyze reports. This role has a direct impact on guest fulfillment with room accommodations and preferences identified from their GEM notes. Front Office Rooms Control must also assist in the Front Office Operations including but not limited to: checking in guests, checking out guests, answering phones, monitoring zingle messaging and HotSOS guest requests.Hyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.
