Our team is passionate about connecting with consumers and creating products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. As a Consumer Insights Intern, you will play a vital role in helping us understand our target audience and refine our product offerings.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic university student to join our Consumer Insights team as a campus ambassador. This role offers hands-on research experience that directly impacts our company's product offerings, business strategies, and consumer communication. You will be instrumental in gathering data, conducting research, and promoting our brand on campus.
Responsibilities:
Fieldwork & Data Collection: Conduct tea shop visits and manage on-campus promotions, collect data from competitor stores, and perform customer intercept surveys.
Research Support: Engage in primary and secondary research activities, including gathering competitor data, benchmarking information and tracking beverage trends.
Data Analysis: Support data analysis efforts by compiling survey results, synthesizing insights, and creating reports that will guide product and marketing strategies.
Brand Ambassador Program Development: Assist in developing a future brand ambassador program by researching best practices, identifying key student influencers, and recommending strategies to scale the program.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and potentially hosting taste-testing events and other promotional activities on campus to gather valuable feedback.
Administrative Assistance: Provide support with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking notes during discussions, and setting up internal focus groups.
Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share content on social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement on campus.
Feedback Loop Management: Help maintain a feedback loop with campus participants, collecting insights from events and promotions, and suggesting improvements based on collected data.
Qualifications:
Current university student with a strong interest in market research, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with peers and representing the brand on campus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about the beverage industry and familiar with current trends in the market.
