Urology Physician

The facility features a single-site urology practice that emphasizes collaborative care and maintains a supportive team environment for both patients and providers. Opportunity: Physician - Urology Job Details: • Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary tract infections • Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms with comprehensive preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up • Provide hospital and emergency room consultations while collaborating with other specialists • Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based practice environment • Participate in a light call schedule covering the site approximately 7 days per month • Provide care to both adult and pediatric patients in outpatient and surgical settings • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and professional standards • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development • Must be board certified or board eligible in Urology • Requires completion of accredited urology residency program in US or Canada • Active Vermont medical license required prior to start • Clean malpractice history and recent NPDB Self Query Report required • Not open to new graduates with less than 1 year experience • Not accepting visa candidates or locum positions Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
