This role emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and delivering compassionate care to patients.Key Responsibilities:Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards. Shift Information:Night shifts, 12 hours each. Qualifications:Licensure: Active RN license in Arizona or compact state.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Medical/Surgical or acute care setting.Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities.Must-HavesActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact licensure.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical or acute care setting.Proficiency in utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
