This approach lowers costs, increases transparency, and enables scalable capital formation for the energy transition—trusted, composable, and built for efficiency.The Opportunity:Plural is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with AI expertise to augment customer workflows with AI. You’ll work across the stack, primarily on the backend, architecting data models that are designed to be populated by customers interacting with LLMs. We are building standardized deal offering pages and deal data rooms from unstructured documents gathered from the deal issuer. Additional responsibilities include:Architecting, building, and shipping production-grade AI-powered workflows—from prototype to full deployment.Leveraging modern AI primitives (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval, evals, agentic workflows) to build systems with real business impact.Staying current on fast-moving AI research and trends—ensuring Plural is always on the frontier.Receiving tight feedback loops and mentorship from the CTO.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of experience architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining web-apps in a production cloud-native environment3+ years of experience with Python or other server-side languageDemonstrated experience building and scaling AI-native applications (LLM workflows, RAG, evaluation systems, agent frameworks, etc.)Power user of AI development tools like CursorHungry, driven self-starter with a demonstrated track record of high agency and attention to detailBonus:Experience building in Google CloudExperience at an exchange or leading DeFi protocolPassion for climate, financial systems, or the future of infrastructure is a strong plusExperience with DjangoWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and equity optionsComprehensive health insuranceThoughtful, technical, and soft skill mentorship from experienced leadersWe offer a supportive and innovative culture
