This role is ideal for a plumber with extensive experience in commercial facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing services and leading small to large projects within commercial business environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in commercial facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Knowledge of operating tools such as different sewer machines, sewer cameras, and propress machine, med-gas certification a plus. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing efficient and effective solutions. Collaborate with other team members and facility staff to coordinate work schedules and ensure minimal disruption to facility operations. Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest quality. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the sensitive environments of commercial facilities. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Service Plumber, within commercial facilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small to large projects independently. Experience with steam systems, boilers, and minor re-piping a plus. Med gas certification is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
