Zumba InstructorThe Zumba Instructor is responsible for leading quality fitness programs designed to meet the needs of participants through educational and fun classes in a safe and welcoming environment, all while providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities1. Leads motivating fitness classes according to the assigned schedule. 2. Instructs class to the ability level of the participants. 3. Designs and teaches choreography using music tempo, count and phrase. 4. Provides guidance in safe, proper exercise techniques and group fitness components (i.e. warm-up, aerobic exercise, flexibility, cool down). 5. Works with participants to achieve their fitness goals and monitors participants' perceived rate of exertion. 6. Monitor and record class attendance. 7. Assists patrons, answers questions, and maintains a positive exercise experience for members and class participants. 8. Works with other instructors to ensure all classes are fully staffed. 9. Maintains group fitness equipment and room. 10.
