Licensed Clinical Social WorkerThis full-time position requires a strong team player and a self-starter. You will work in collaboration with the primary healthcare team providing behavioral healthcare within scope of practice. Provides screening, assessment, diagnoses, evaluation, crisis intervention, treatment, consultation, care coordination and case management, education, referral, advocacy and other related outpatient services. You will make clinical recommendations and refer to appropriate levels of care in a team-based setting.Job Requirements:Licensed Social Worker Clinician in IllinoisEducation: Master’s or Doctoral degreeExcellent assessment and treatment planning skillsExperience working with individuals, families, and/or couplesExperience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clientsKnowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivityAdvanced knowledge of one or more: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, mindfulness therapy, and/or brief, solution-oriented/narrative therapy.Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Master's (Required)Experience:Clinical Social Workers: 1 year (Required)Salary & Benefits:Salary: The estimated range of $70,000-$80,000 is the budgeted amount for this position.
