Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
Facilitate engaging therapy sessions designed to target communication objectives
Track, document, and communicate progress with precision and care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure thoughtful, coordinated support
Foster strong relationships with families, encouraging their active participation in the therapy process
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Valid or eligible state licensure to practice in Oregon
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations, highly valued
Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
