Job DescriptionCollaborate closely with test managers, project managers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution of UAT by understanding key testing requirements and success criteria for each program or projectConstruct, align and execute the test plans using Columbia Threadneedle Investments' test strategy framework, documentation and templatesWorking with the test manager to support the project schedule, and resource model related to the required testing effortsReviewing requirements documentation and where appropriate providing feedback to ensure the requirements are clear and testableDevelop test cases in conjunction with business and other project teamsLeading and owning the execution of test cases to validate that all the documented requirements have been metEnsuring defects are documented and tracked through to completion using the designated test management tool (JIRA) for project and audit purposesMaintaining thorough records of all test execution results using the designated test management tool (JIRA) for project and audit purposesContributing to regular reporting on test progress, defect statistics, and defect resolution to Test ManagerActively seeking to identify and acknowledge testing issues and take appropriate corrective actions, escalating, as neededContributing to the end of phase reports detailing the test results and presenting the facts to allow the project team to make their decision to sign offActively participating in project phase end review sessionsIn-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
