Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read technical drawings and parts documentation preferred. Experience with ERP systems or order entry software preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and support portalVerify customer accounts using serial numbers and registration dataAssist customers with machine registration and account setupDocument all customer interactions in the CRM/customer service systemUse technical documentation (part lists, assembly drawings, electrical diagrams) to identify partsProvide quotes, pricing, and availability for parts and accessoriesEnter and confirm sales orders and shipping requirementsProvide order updates, including shipping status and trackingCoordinate with internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issuesAssist customers with returns, repairs, and restocking requests"I learned so much working with Staffmark.
