Senior Program Manager - Electrical & Power SystemsLocation: Marietta, OH (Onsite)Job Type: Full-Time | Direct HireCompensation: Starting at $120,000/year (based on experience)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs involving engineered electrical and power distribution systems. This role is responsible for driving projects from post-award transition through production, testing, shipment, and final customer acceptance.Based in a manufacturing environment, this position works closely with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution.Core ResponsibilitiesProgram ExecutionManage assigned programs from contract handoff through final delivery and acceptanceOversee scope, schedules, and coordination across multiple teamsLead internal kickoff meetings and establish project alignmentDevelop and maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverablesProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesContract & Scope ManagementReview contracts, purchase orders, and technical requirements for accuracy and completenessSupport scope clarification and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycleEnsure alignment between contractual requirements, engineering outputs, and production deliverablesAssist with billing milestones, documentation, and acceptance criteriaCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the primary point of coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and commercial teamsMaintain visibility across all project phasesEnsure configuration changes are properly tracked and communicatedEscalate issues when necessary while maintaining forward progressStakeholder CommunicationLead regular project updates with customers and external partnersCommunicate schedules, production status, testing progress, and delivery timelinesManage expectations and maintain strong client relationshipsRepresent projects in key reviews and discussionsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing, electrical systems, or infrastructure-related industriesProven ability to manage complex, multi-phase, cross-functional projectsStrong understanding of manufacturing-driven project executionExperience working with customers, contractors, or EPC organizationsAbility to interpret contracts, schedules, and technical documentationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working onsite in a plant environment Preferred QualificationsExperience with modular or integrated electrical systemsExposure to data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure-related projectsFamiliarity with ERP systems or project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar)Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and large equipment logistics Why JoinThis opportunity allows you to lead high-impact, technically advanced programs within a manufacturing setting.
